Who We Are
Orbis Leadership was founded by two communication professionals with extensive experience in journalism, corporate communications and marketing.
Working with companies – big and small in global markets, the founders identified a common challenge: communicating across cultures and borders.
Companies often lack a strategic plan, or they don’t equip employees with the skills and cultural intelligence they need to succeed. Sometimes both.
They launched Orbis Leadership to bridge this gap. Orbis Leadership helps companies adapt their communication strategies and upskill their employees for a hyperconnected world. Whether its training individuals to communicate with cultural awareness, aligning teams with shared goals or crafting a compelling corporate narrative.
The founding vision is unchanged – to bring clarity, consistency and cultural intelligence to every conversation.
